Act

Act were a short-lived synth-pop duo from the late 1980s, made up of Scottish musician Thomas Leer and German vocalist Claudia Brücken, who had previously sung for Propaganda. Signed to ZTT Records, they made music rooted in synthpop and disco but also pulled from psychedelic rock and musical theatre, with lyrics that circled around decadence and moral ambiguity.
