Angélica

Angélica (born Angélica Ksyvickis in Santo André, São Paulo, Brazil in 1973) is a Brazilian singer, actress, and television host who built a large following in Brazil through her work in children's pop music during the late 1980s and early 1990s. She first gained national attention as the host of the kids' TV show Clube da Criança, and her hit single 'Vou de Táxi', a Portuguese-language cover of Vanessa Paradis's 'Joe le Taxi', topped Brazilian charts and became a widely remembered song. Over time she moved away from recording to focus on television presenting.
