Cannibal & The Headhunters

Cannibal and the Headhunters were a rock and soul group from East Los Angeles, formed in 1964. They were one of the first Mexican-American acts to score a national hit, and they helped define the East L.A. Chicano Soul sound of the 1960s. The group opened for the Beatles on their 1965 American tour, including the famous Shea Stadium concert.
