El Alfa

El Alfa, born Emanuel Herrera Batista in Bajos de Haina, Dominican Republic, is a rapper who built his reputation as one of the central figures of dembow, the hard-hitting rhythm rooted in the Caribbean. He gained a following in the early 2010s with tracks like 'Tarzan' and 'Coche Bomba', and later collaborated with artists including Bad Bunny, Nicky Jam, and Farruko. His records regularly appear on the Billboard Latin charts.
