Jamestown Story

Jamestown Story is an acoustic-based music project from singer-songwriter Dane Schmidt, who originally hails from Minneapolis, Minnesota and later settled in Nashville. Schmidt started the project in 2003 and has built it entirely independently, without label backing, selling hundreds of thousands of tracks and placing music on numerous TV shows. The sound centers on melodic, acoustic-driven songwriting with an emotional, confessional quality.
