Jon Auer

Jon Auer is an American musician born in 1969 who co-founded the power pop band The Posies alongside Ken Stringfellow. He has also played as a member of the revived Big Star and contributed to a wide range of projects over the years, including work with William Shatner's 2004 record Has Been. As a solo artist he writes and records melodic, emotionally layered pop with a cinematic feel.
