Journey

Journey is a rock band from San Francisco, formed in 1973 by guitarist Neal Schon, keyboardist Gregg Rolie, and bassist Ross Valory, among others. They play arena rock and hard rock, with a sound built around strong melodies, big hooks, and anthemic ballads. The arrival of vocalist Steve Perry in the late 1970s pushed them into one of the best-selling American rock acts of their era.
