Kruder & Dorfmeister

Kruder & Dorfmeister are Peter Kruder and Richard Dorfmeister, a DJ and production duo from Vienna, Austria. They came up in the early 1990s making downtempo, trip-hop, and acid-influenced music at a time when most of their city was focused on techno. Over the decade they built a reputation remixing artists like Depeche Mode, Roni Size, and Madonna, and became central figures in the Viennese downtempo sound.
