Lenny Welch

Lenny Welch (1938-2025) was an American pop and middle-of-the-road singer born in New York City and raised in Asbury Park, New Jersey. He signed with Cadence Records around 1960 and built a career on smooth, orchestrated vocal performances in the tradition of the big band pop era. He is best remembered for his 1963 recording of 'Since I Fell for You,' which reached the top five on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100.
