Lullaby For The Working Class

Lullaby for the Working Class was an indie folk rock band from Lincoln, Nebraska, active in the mid-to-late 1990s. The group was fronted by singer-songwriter Ted Stevens and included Mike Mogis and A.J. Mogis, both of whom became central figures in the Omaha music scene through their work with Bright Eyes and the Saddle Creek label. Their music drew on guitars, banjos, strings, and occasional horns, sitting somewhere between chamber pop, country rock, and folk.
