Maria Friedman

Maria Friedman is a Swiss-born British actress and singer who grew up in a musical family and built her career primarily in London's West End musical theatre scene. She has been nominated for the Laurence Olivier Award eight times, winning three, including Best Actress in a Musical for the original London productions of Passion and Ragtime. Alongside her stage work, she has recorded solo material that mixes pop songs with musical theatre repertoire.
