Stoppok

Stoppok is the stage name of Stefan Stoppok, a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist born in Hamburg in 1956 who grew up in Essen in the Ruhr area. He spent years traveling Europe as a street musician before building a career in German rock and folk-influenced music. His songs tend to be grounded in everyday observations, delivered in a direct, unpretentious style.
