Ted Alevizos

Ted Alevizos was an American folk singer active in the late 1950s and 1960s, based around the Boston and Cambridge area. He had Juilliard voice training and a particular interest in traditional English and Greek songs, and he also compiled folk song arrangements alongside his work as a rare-book librarian. He recorded several albums of Greek folk music in addition to his early collaborative recordings.
