Vertical Horizon

Vertical Horizon are an American alternative rock band that formed in Washington, D.C. in 1991, founded by Matt Scannell and Keith Kane while both were students at Georgetown University. They started as an acoustic duo and gradually built out into a full band, blending polished rock with melodic songwriting. Their biggest commercial moment came with the double-platinum album Everything You Want, though Scannell has continued leading the band through several lineup changes over the years.
