AI can teach you piano in the way a very well made textbook and a very patient metronome can teach you piano, which is further than that sounds and not the whole distance. It cannot decide what you should work on. An app can sequence a course written by people, and a chatbot will happily produce a practice plan, but neither is watching you closely enough to know that your left hand is the problem and your right hand is fine. It cannot make you practice. Streaks and points work on beginners and stop working on most people eventually.
